Who we are

This website is run by Vulcanique Soul. For any question about your data, write to vulcaniquesoul@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, country (optional), the retreat you are interested in, your preferred room and your message.

Why we use it

We use your data only to answer your request and, if you book, to organise your participation in the retreat. The legal basis is the handling of your request and of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as needed to answer you and manage your booking, and afterwards only where the law requires it, for example for accounting.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so browsing the site sends no data to third parties.

Who processes your data

Our hosting provider runs the website and delivers contact form messages to our mailbox. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). Both act as data processors.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to vulcaniquesoul@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
